One year ago today- Carrie was invited to join the Grand ole Opry

Wow, where has the year gone!!
It was one year ago today that Randy Travis invited Carrie to become a member of the
Grand Ole Opry!  I was lucky enough to be in the audience that night and it was a night that
I along with many others will never forget.  Below are a few pictures and videos that I took at the show:

First blog

This is my first blog, and I have no idea what I want to say lol...

I guess the idea of this blog is to have a place to talk about the world around us and to communicate my thoughts and ideas. Most of what I will probably be talking about is pop culture, music, tv, movies, books, etc... I am a huge country music fan, especially Carrie Underwood. I am sure many, if not most of my blogs will have something to do with Carrie. Right now, my bank account is trying to recover from my traveling all over the country to see Carrie in concert last year. Last year alone I saw Carrie in concert 22 times. I saw shows in 8 states (CT,NY,CO,TN,NH,CA, NM, and FL). I was lucky enough to see Randy travis invite Carrie to be a member of the Grand Ole Opry and I was there the night Garth Brooks took part in inducting Carrie into the Opry. Hopefully I will have more to say in future blogs, I guess we'll see.... I think I will end my first blog with a couple of pictures of Randy inviting Carrie to join the Opry, and of Carrie's induction night!!
